why is my air bag light blinking?

Just buy a new one from Ford and install it according to directions. They usually go bad due to an open or high resistance in the wiring.

The most important thing to remember when instaling a clock spring, is once the spring is instaled don't forget to pull the pin. But do not pull the pin before you instal it.

MONMIX.. how much does a clock spring run?

air bag code 37-37-37

My '99 X flashed the same air bag code on the dash. It would flash when the passenger seat was adjusted. Move the seat back to the right place and it stopped. Move it again and it would blink. I checked the harness connection under the passenger seat. Unplugged it, blew it out and plugged it back in. No more blankity-blank blinking no matter where the seat is! Hope you have the same luck!

Air bag light

I have an 99 Explorer flashing a 36...anyone have any idea what this code is?
