Why is my amp smoking?????

Well the JL Audio box i am only looking for $175 o.b.o. That sub sounds better than my friends box and he has two rockford fosgate 12's. Im not sure what series he has but they are older ones.

I have a 2200E and the fan runs all the time, doesn't even get warm, have it runnin a set of components. Post if they honor the warranty or not. I'm interested in those 15" subs they have, maybe 2 of them.
