why will 4wd ho work but not 4wd lo

ok i can get my 4wd hi to work but then i put it in neutraul and dpress the brake and push it and nothing hapens but 4wd hi works

i really nead to know what the problem is i did a serch and evryone that has problmes does not have any 4x4 but mine i have it but i have to play with it to engage4 at all but once it gets engedged im fine

sounds like your shift motor needs a good cleaning.

With my 92 I have to put it in park, hit the 4 wheel drive wait a few seconds and if I want 4 low I have to put it in neutral hit 4 low and wait a few seconds before going

im a lits scared of clening it i have looked at that web site but there is a brand new one on ebay for cheap and if i can get it for cheap i might just buy a new one
