Hi. I am new here. When I ordered my ST it showed up without the hotspot. I know Ford said they didn't include it because of a chip shortage. I am just curious, does that mean that the Hotspot Telematics Modem wasn't installed? I see you can buy them online and was going to see if I can get a tech to put it in. Thoughts? My kids are missing the wifi I had in my 20 ST.
