Will 18 by 9.5 rub on my 2002 XLT

I have a 2002 XLT 4 door was looking to add either 18" chrome Bullet rims or 18" white Y2k Cobra R's. The Bullets will fit fine but the Cobra R's are 9.5" wide and would run a 275mm tire. Will this rub my X?

Hmmm....could be cutting it close. I installed 255's on my 2002, (stock 16" rims), and can just barely stick my finger between the A-arm and the tire. Go with a different offset to get the rim out further from the suspension. I am thinking of going to 18 rims as well. Would luv to see pics of your X when it is done.

If you run any type of Mustang rim and wider tires than 255 you will have some pretty heavy rubbing!
