the reason i ask is because the 2nd gen rear sway bars are like $70 cheaper than 1st gen rear bars. BUt ive been told by two different peps that the bar of a 95 will fit 93 without modding anything. is this true? is it simple as just connecting and disconnecting?

for reference, the addco part for rear 94 is 659 but 670 for 1995.

Hello everyone
:banghead:
I will use this thread to ask a question that has bothered me for a while.
I made a 2 " lift on my X94.
I read that some removed the rear swaybar.
 my question.
Is there a risk to driving when the rear swaybar removed .
gain an advantage removed rear swaybar .
Finally if you could give me some explanations and advice I would be very interrested to know more
Thank you very much

i removed my and its fine...........as long as your shocks and leafs are deccent you should not feel to many side effects

i removed mine too and also the overload leaf with soa and it rides good in the rear

I got 9" of lift,my bars stay in for sure wiles on the road.very easy to remove them for offroading and much safer on road with them.i can for sure feel a difference on road with or with out them.

apparently it does not change to remove the rear swaybar, so I'll leave it in place
Thank you very much for your explanation advice
