will a SOHC V6 fit into a 92 X Sport

Just wondering if a SOHC V6 will fit into a 92 explorer Sport.

Well it will fit into there physically (with new engine mounts). But you will need a new computer,wiring harness, and transmission.

Most agree that this is not a good idea for a swap but I think it would be pretty neat.

Yea, JASON 25 is right. It will fit, but be ungodly expensive.

It's pretty much a waste of a swap... It'd take tons of work, and for less money, could throw a 302in, which has alot more potential to throw lots of mods on
