Will parts for a 4.6L SOHC mustang fit a 4.6l Explorer???

Will parts for a 4.6L SOHC mustang fit a 4.6l sohc Explorer??? I know one has an aluminum block and the other is a cast iron...but will throttle body/performance parts for a mustang 4.6L sohc fit an explorer with a 4.6L sohc???

I don't see why not. Many 5.0 parts swap over, I don't see why 4.6L wouldn't.
