Will these fit onto my 02 xls 4 door? tire size are the same as mine, 235/70/R16. My worry is if the rim will fit same as my stock rim?

I ended up buying a set of
set of Definity Dakota HT from PepBoys

$580 installed with new stems, balanced, free flat fix (if fixable) and free rotation and balance (for life of tire). Tire replacement is pro rated depending on tire wear.

They look just like the Cooper tires, but are $20 cheaper per tire. The service manager said that Cooper makes the Definity Dakota tires under PepBoys name and they are the same all around in construction.

I also get a one tire rebate ( Buy 3 get 1 free) so the whole deal will only cost me $480 in the end after rebate comes in.
