i have a 91 ford explorer and overdrive is out, so gas mileage is killing me , i found this 91 mazda navajo with a mazda 5spd in it for like $200, will everything be a nice bolt up in the swap ?

It will "bolt up" fine. You may have some computer issues. You will also need the driveshafts.

You're getting the entire vehicle, right? You'll need it.

You need pedals, clutch components, bellhousing, transmission, shifter, tunnel plate, computer, etc. (though you can fool the A4LD computer fairly easily by just plugging in the solenoid into the harness and taping to the frame rail). Is the Mazda a 2 door? Driveshafts may be an issue...
 






You can also fool the computer by putting a 33 ohm resister where the solenoid was. This way you don't have to take apart the old trans to get the solenoids.

Also, I belive the timing curve is different between the auto and the manual computer (I'm not positive)
