Wind noise from the wiper cowl

Well, after a long time of thinking my wipers were making noise I figured out it was the wiper cowl...the black plastic piece around the woper arms. It makes an annoying vibration even if you're just going 45. Anybody else have this problem? Any suggestions how to fix this rattle? While on this subject...does anyone get a rattle in the ceiling above the drivers seat? I have had a rattle there for years. It sounds like it's between the sunroof and the door

get some silicone rtv for the cowl..pull it and cualk that sucker up! also pull the headliner and see if anything is in/under it... if no put some rtv and reinstall it

I used silicone on my S10. It worked pretty good.
