2003 Sport Trac XLT. OK, so, my windows only work from the drivers side switches. If you try to roll them up or down from the front passenger seat or the rear seats...nothing. Thinking it's the parental control switch that's locked.
I tried a used switch panel but then only the passenger front and drivers rear opened, and only from the master switch. I tried a "new" switch but nothing worked at all, just an ugly smell of burning plastic.
So I just reinstalled my first switch set and I have the same problem noted above. All the windows roll down but only from the drivers side master switches.
I'd be more than happy to just kill the Parental window lock if I could figure out which wires to cut.
Any ideas?
