Window problem

My rear passenger window goes down but will not go up.I tried to use the switch from the drivers side but it would not go up.Also i can't use the switch on the drivers door to get it up or down please help thanks.Its cold.

take off the door panel and check the wiring,, and the motor, might be able to use a jumper and get the window rolled up,,
