Hey everyone, new to forum. I have a 2000 explorer sport. Passenger power window usually goes down slowly, but after a good rain, works perfectly. I've searched the threads, it has been mentioned, but no one has solved this particular problem. Any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like the window is having trouble going down because of the tracks.
Lubricate the window tracks and the actual part the window goes up and down in. Like where the edge of the window contacts the door/gasket. Not on the bottom, but on the sides.

That made very little sense..

I put grease on the tracks inside the door and silicone lube(spray) on the fuzzy seal around the top part of the window frame, and that seems to be pretty much all you can do... or replace it all with new parts, hehe. Look in where the window goes close to the mirror, explorers like to rust in there and close the gap for the window a bit making it a tighter squeeze.

mine is exactly the same way.

my drags on the weatherstripping at the bottom of the window. The window works flawlessly with the door panel off and/or when I pull the stripping away from the window.

I recommend a little lube. RainX on both sides of the windows is a easy, streak free way to wax glass. Alternate is to use some silicone lube on the stripping itself but it leaves residue on the glass and has a smell.
