Windshield Washer Level Indicator

I have a 2007 Explorer Limited V8. The "Low Windshield washer Fluid" indicator comes on when i start my car. I removed everything to get to the tank. I removed the tank and noticed that level indicator is pushed into a slot on the tank held in by retainers. I could not find a plug for the sender since it goes into a wire loom. Does anyone know what the replacement part number is or if there may be something I am missing here. I was going to just purchase a new tank assy, but I am not sure if it comes with the sensor. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
