Windshield Wipers not working at all... Please help

My wipers simply do not come on, I've never had any problems in the past with the intermitten functions so I am assuming it may be the motor. The only thing that throws me off is that the washer function doesnt work either. Are the two associated with each other?

All fuses check out fine, and the other stalk functions work fine as well..

Please, and input would be appreciated... Trying to figure out if it's the motor or a relay.

Sometimes a fuse could look good, but it won't always work. Check your owner's manual for the fuse, and then check the fuse with a continuity tester.

yes they are related... if your wipers don't work... the system "knows" that you have no use for the washer liquid... check your relays and and check for voltage at the motor. Voltage at the motor and no worky, most likely means broken motor. No voltage at the motor means switch or relays which then can be checked again with a meter.
