winshield wipers switch not working....

would the relays from any 2nd gen explorer work in my limited? what i mean is, if i take the relays out of my friends explorer, and put them in mine, they should work right?

this would be a good way for to find out if it's the relays or not.

thank you for replying, i've been waiting for an answer to this. i didn't want to ask a buddy if i could borrow his relay, and then blow it.....

i'm gonna try this out and see if it's my problem, hopefully it is.....

just to follow up on this thread (in case anyone cares now, or some day in the future)....

i ended up needed to only replace the two relays associated with the wiper system. once replaced, the system worked as normal. I'm glad i tried this option first, before a new multifunction or GEM.
