Wiper Cowl replacement

I have an 01 Ex the wiper cowl covers are brittle as heck. Does anyone know of options for replacements other than bone yard?
I figure every Ex sitting in the bone yard will have plastic just a brittle, but I'll go searching if I that's my only option.

Mine broke too. A few winters ago, windshield ice built a slight dam onto the cowl. Defroster loosened windshield ice, I figured I could then scrape it off, but it took a couple slats from the cowl cover with it.

I haven't checked but there may be a Ford part # molded into the back, then you could try looking it up at White Bear Lake Ford (who has one of the lowest parts markups out there and reasonable shipping).

Okay yeah, they have it, but I looked up '99 (cached in my browser) instead of the '01 you wrote, don't know if there are '99-'01 differences but you can look up an '01 too:

Biggest challenge when removing at a JY is not breaking off mtg clip tabs on the underside. I have had about a 50% success rate in removing one with all tabs intact.

Or if you don't mind the limited color choices (in this case, semi-gloss black ?), spray can vinyl dye will soften it some because the solvent in it makes it seep into the plastic, so it also won't flake off, becomes part of the plastic. Downside is that being true black, it won't match anything else.
