Does anyone know where the wiper "govenor" is located on '91-'94 Explorer?? I bought it today in hopes of fixing my ongoing wiper problem (wich i'm sure everyone is sick of hearing about, lol). I thought it was under the dash, but could not locate it. At least i didnt have to buy it at the dealer. I found this other place that also sells Motorcraft parts for half the price! Definitly will go there from now on.
