The multifunction switch may be bad.

I have the exact problem with mine, but with me I only have High Speed. Nothing else. I was about to replace the switch, but Savage Wolf told me to check the relays under the hood, sometimes they can be the fault.

Something to check out.

Thanks I'll check the relays under the hood all I checked was the fuses.

Same problem with mine on my 91. Only have high speed. Let me know what you find out.

Well I swapped the three relays around under the hood last night. I just moved them into different positions. And in certain combinations I had Low speed, no high, then no low, only delay, then no delay and only high. So I'm assuming I have a bad relay. So after work tonight I'm buying three new ones and put them in. Hopfully that's the problem.

--EDIT--

I just replaced all three relays, now I have fully functioning wipers! I feel stupid for not thinking of checking those earlier. So all it was, was a faulty realy or two. :)

you can thank Savage Wolf for that tip! THANKS! :)
