just wana go higher on my explrer... wat is a good semi cheaper lift to go with.. i want atleast 4 inch lift or bigger...

Tuff Country makes a pretty decent kit for the $$$. They give you two full-replacement axle brackets unlike most others in it's price range. However the brackets still aren't as robust as those from Skyjacker or James Duff, and the springs are a bit on the stiff side.
 






Just make your own thats what I'm working on atm. $115 so far, 6 inches in the front.
 






it all depends. I prefer skyjacker just because on the class II drop down bracket. that piece looks rather beaffy. I also agree with Cevigney, build your own or make a mutt lift. if you know ware to look, you can find people getting rid of old lifts or old parts. i have about 400 into my mutt lift that includes skyjacker class II drop ttb drop brackets, springs, Superlift radius arm drop brackets, Rancho shocks, rear axial perches for SOA. skyjacker drop Pittman arm. I am still building
