hi guys just had a question
i researched it here but couldnt find anyuthing

my scenario is i just purchased my 93xl2wd
the tires are really good except one, there some cuts
on it its a michellin ms ltx i think, my question is can i just buy one brand new tire and mix it in with the old ones? i dont really wanna shell out $700 bucks for new tires when i know ive got 3 good tires, all 4 tires have good thread, i would say 70%

thanks

yes you can...... however, i would look for a used tire in the same size first... it will bring things closer together.....

also, if the tread is good leave it... cosmetic cuts in sidewalls is very common... my guess is that it is the right side front tire? if you can see nylon cord, then replace it, if you cant, just make sure it is aired up properly and keep an eye on it for any abnormal bubbles.....

thanks for the quick response..

yes you are right it is the front right one.. and i can see a lil bit of the white nylon.. the threads on it are excellent still, the thing that i dnt wanna get about used tire is i want the exact same tire ;). i dont see any abnormal bubbles on it, the tire doesnt loose any air,
from what it looks like is from the tire walls rubbing into the sidewalks caused this problem..

im just worried that while im driving the tire pops ;(
