i have been wanting to do a manual t-case swap and was walkin round a junk yard and noticed a bronco2 that had one. is it at all possible to make the swap work?

You could, but there are two different manual t-cases:

Borg Warner 1350: uses a slip yoke at the transfer case for the front driveshaft and is usually found in B2's.
Borg Warner 1354: uses a u-joint connection for the front driveshaft. This is usually found in Rangers and 1st gen Explorers and is the recommended swap.

It doesn't mean you can't do it, just that it would be much harder. Some people also think the 1350 is less strong than the 1354.

so what would i have to do to make it work?
