Wrecked 2002 XLS

I just picked up a 2002 XLS 4x4. Hit light front. Needs fender, hood, bumper and headlight mounting panel, plus right rail is tweaked. Is this thing worth fixing with 140K on it? Or should i just part it out? Thing is nice, rear springs arent cracked, back gate panel isnt even broke. Almost as nice as the wife's 2002 XLT, which i actually bout the XLS "for parts".
