I recently installed a k&n intake and everything was fine but i would get a really loud humming noise from the intake so i found a few threads that said if you clean the iac valve it might help stop the noise. So i cleaned it with some stp throttle & intake cleaner and let it dry out over night with the negative wire on the battery disconnected. This morning i tried starting my x and it started up right away but then shut off a second later!
any suggestions?
i was gonna replace the iac today and see if that was the problem but didnt wanna waste time and have to return it, should i buy it?
