These vans remind me of a show I saw on TLC back when. A mother of two sons who build and race ricers had her sons trick out a Nissan van with rims, engine performance things, and NOS. I mean, I for one think a mom with a performance minivan sure beats a mom with a regular van...

so im assuming nobody has been to the bronx or brooklyn.. where people have the astrovans, caravans, windstars, etc lowered, rims, tints, systems, rear wings, chrome fenders and trim, etc. i still wonder how the kids hearings are after having systems up pretty high right behind them day after day.

Aside from the fact that it's a Windstar...it actually looks nice. I mean, admit it...there is always that poor sap who's dad doesn't buy him a Wrangler or Integra or what have you for his 16th birthday and has to make do with what he does have.

why is everyone being so hard on him. if thats the car he was able to afford or was given more power to him for wanting to make it his own. i was able to get my hands on a 5.0 explorer so that was the car i started with, but i don't see anything wrong with making the best of what you have. besides to the average person (non explorerforum member) modifying that van and my truck are about equally stupid anyways.

I'll take that advice! C'mon, this guy is a joke. An Explorer is an SUV, SUV's are modified by people ALL the time. Family vans are not. Does he actually think people are going to think he's "cool" in this and envy him? Probably not. You can throw as much yellow paint and chrome at it as you want, it's still a mom van.
