Names derek, i'm 19 and i recently recieved a 1993 4x4 explorer, totally crapholed. I didn't pay a dime but it took me and my buddy about 4 hours of tinkering to get it on the road and another hour to get it to my house (roughly 1.5 miles down the road). Motor was replace about 3k ago, with 110k on it at the time of replacement, and i figured if i fix it she might just be an okay vehicle to use and abuse. So here i am, looking for transmission help on this forum. I hope you all can help me as i think this could possibly be an easy fix, but what car is ever an easy fix, eh? My dad told me once if you can fix a ford, you can probably fix anything. So lets hope he was right.
