has anyone tried or researched how to put 3rd gen seats in a 2nd gen?
Much help would be appreciated!

When I'm at my local Pick n pull I find my same year car and one of a different year and see what parts swap. It saves me from buying something that does not fit. I do this with seats, door gaskets, consoles etc....
well I only ask because welding is usually involved when swapping seats.
I usually end up cutting the feet off of the seats that are going in and welding the base to the feet of the seat that came out, so the end result is a seat that bolts in but came from a completely different floor pan.
