Air Intake Mod

Hi Guys,

Saw a story on the tele the other night in regards to a little fan you put in your air intake tube to increase fuel economy, although it's only a small increase, has anyone done or considered doing it on your Explorer?

A cold air intake + K&N filter and this little fan might be worth it.

Don't mess with airflow. Ford has impossible CAFE standards to try and meet. If something simple would have increased fuel economy, they would have done it.
