Is there a South Carolina Chapter

I have looked and cant find if there is a chapter in SC. If so who do I contact, and if not, how do I go about starting one?

I've been out of the loop awhile... sorry but I do not know who the current active SC members are. I do notice postings from SC members from time to time but cannot remember who they are. To my knowledge there has never been an active EF chapter in SC; the few of us that were active simply participated in other runs.
