Dorman 615-175 Failing

I have a 2002 4.6L Mountaineer that I replaced the intake manifold on seven years ago. I used the Dorman 615-175 replacement, and am fairly certain it is failing. I have a moderate oil leak (a few drops whenever parked) and have found a bit of moisture in two of the spark plug wells. Has anyone else had the Dorman fail over time, no different than the original? I'd like to rule out anything I might be missing before I tackle replacing the thing again.

I don't have enough miles on mine to give a good assessment -- but are you sure it's not the gasket behind the oil filter mount for the oil leak, and maybe that little cap leaking coolant on the passenger rear of the Dorman unit. That's two common issues.

I don’t recall there being any oil passages attributed to the intake.
