Hey guys, Oil pan in my '99 is rusted out... The bolts are a royal PITA to reach. Has anyone ever replaced the lower pan? Any tips on reaching the bolts around the pumpkin without droppong it? Thanks! J

Hey guys, I am having a similar problem as a few others - lower oil pan rusting out and leaking. Saw someone purchased an oil pan for about $40, but I can't find them for less than $150. Any ideas? Thanks! J

The whole assembly is bolt on. NOt hard at all. I don't know what the readings are with a DVM - my bearing issue was quite obvious :)

I had a similar issue with my '99 and it turned out to be the wheel bearing assembly. I failing bearing will cause the disc to shift slightly, wearing on the sensor. Good news - ewasy fix. Bad news - if it's like my '99, the bearing comes sealed as an assembly, including wheel studs and ABD...

Great trip back from Syracuse, NY - after blowing a bearing in the front, I learned that bearing replacement is no longer simple or cheap...

That is entirely possible. I figure a coilsprung D30 with 33's, soa in the rear and 4.56's would be a very easy project after what I went through with Tramp. BTW - Brian, your truck looks great - are you really going to sell it? J

Well, Now that the move is out of the way, I can get back in the game. Not sure what direction - thought about a cj - even thought about a 2door ex and doing another SAS. Need room for the kids to ride and to carry the dive gear. Also - can't go too tall as it needs to get into my garage :) J
