Well, so much for the very 1st 2011 Explorer on here. Last Wednesday I had a meeting with a snowplow, and the Explorer lost. It's a write-off. Thankfully no injuries, except to my pride. 1st chargeable accident for me EVER (since 1980)

Check your owner's manual for the fuse # that goes to the interior lights and see what wire corresponds to it coming out of the fuse box.
I used the clear LED light strips up under my dash on both the driver's side and passenger's side to give me footwell lighting. Tied them into the interior lighting wire coming from the fuse box.
$700??? :eek: Holy smokes they raked you over the coals. It's $190 Canadian in parts to do everything except replace the calipers....$510 Canadian in labor for a 2 wheel brake job is nuts..even with the exchange rate that's $550+ in US Dollars.
