Thats probably the most stupid question you've read all year, but I've been repainting the wiper arms, wiper cowls and roof rack on my explorer tonight because they're severely faded and chipping...
I get around to the rear wiper arm, and I thoouught there would just be a little tab I press...

I have a 2002 ST that the right rear brake keeps tightning Up on causing a dragging condition. It has 4:10 gears and 11 in brakes I have changed the return springs and the wheel cyl. The only thing out of the ordinary is the E-brake cable is unhooked ie. broken at the spring
This picture shows the wiring connected to the rear window switch of a '99 Explorer XL. Note the arrows point to empty slots in the harness but the switch itself has contacts there--it is suspected that this is the illumination circuit that isn't used in the base model.
