From what I've read the 09's will be the same and theyle tool out the new body style and the new 5.0 halfway through '09 and call it the '10 model year. Like they did with the
64 1/2's.
And they are considering droping in the twin turbo ecoboost but that's not sealed yet.
I have no idea if the new 5.0 is gonna be a pushrod or cammed but considering the horsepower they have to compete with in the comaro it's gonna be dohc 3v.
