Windshield Wiper Problem

My windshield wipers have started to malfunction. Each of the intermittent settings work, as does continuous low speed. When I switch to high speed, the wipers stall.

Any suggestions on what to look at first? Relays, Multifunction Switch, or Wiper Motor?

I replaced both Wiper relays, 45 A/45 B, problem is solved. The wipers run much stronger now in all selected positions.

Rock Auto has these for $1.98 each, https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=7924708&cc=1366680&jsn=1

However, the ones I received are Made in China, not Made in USA like pictured in RA's description.
