My stepmom got in here 2007 Ford Explorer yesterday morning and turned on the front windshield wipers to clear ice and snow, to find out they wont move. I figured she probably blew a fuse so I went into the PDB (and fuse box on drivers side), but the PD box looks like nothing I can find pictures of, so I'm confused on what relays/fuses to check. Also, wondering if there is a way to check to see if we blew the motor it self? Thanks!!!

circuits like that and headlight should have a resettable breaker so they can come back on by themselves. Wipers need to take big load EG when wiper frozen to the windshield and not blowing a fuse. Car maker use to use a heavy duty dropping resistor to assist in those situation and nothing burns up.
