I have a 2007 Ford explorer V-6 with 66,000 miles on it. I am having somethign happen and I am not sure what may be causing it and was looking for some answers. After I have been driving for 5-10 minutes or an hour when I stop to put my explorer in reverse, I am sometimes experiencing a short 2-5 second pause before it goes into reverse gear. I have not noticed it doing this when I put in drive. Is my trasmission getting ready to fall out or could it be some kind of timing issue? Thanks!!
