Hi all. I am a brand new elite member to this forum. Looks like tons of great infomation. I have a 2008 V8 Eddie Bauer with 13000 miles on it. Bought it from a little old 84 year old lady who buys a new Explorer every two years. It is RWD, but that is OK because we plan on towing a small travel trailer with it, not take it offroad. The winters here in Oregon aren't that bad to need AWD. I am astonished that the factory would only put a class II hitch on a V8 model, though. Love the rig, am getting used to the fuel mileage. Gave my 2011 4 cylinder Camry to my wife. Any comments or suggestions about maintenance, ownership, etc. would be quite welcome. Eric in Oregon.
