i have a 2000 expl that the rear door lock will not release with either by hand or with the actuator. the actuator is trying but it does not move the lock button up far enough (about 1/2 way). i cannot even pull the lock button UP to unlock the door. it is currently closed and locked with no way to open the door to get the panel off. Please help!
