Both of these ORV parks are near the bottom of Mt. Rainier.
Elbe hills is just southwest of Mt. Rainier and evans creek is northwest of Mt. Rainier.
Both places you should expect to some body damage, from evergreen pinstripping to concaved body panels, just a little warning.
Neither park is a place for a stock explorer
for Evans Creek you should be lifted with 31's and have traction device
for Elbe Hills a lift, 33's & traction device(s) and a winch would be nice

man you sure like to scare me... :p

I error on the side of caution, I would hate for someone to show up in a stock vehicle and have problems.
When I go wheeling I go prepared spare parts, fluids, tools etc..my recovery gear not including my winch weighs about 100 Lbs.
"may no vehicle be left behind"

well I'm going this sunday... and I got a PA so it should be interesting...

Take pics. I want to see carnage :D

Of course! lol.....

photos from evans creek

taken on trail 311
there is a challenging hill climb towards the end .
the second pic the trail goes between the two trees you see in the midlle that is were I broke my tailight lens and got to break in my new winch.
the last pic is the easier way around, but it can still a challenge.

Cool pics! Thanks for sharing!

Killer!

Joe did well out there. That rock ledge at the end of 311 was a little much. I was surprised to see his explorer keeping up with us through 520, especially with a front locker only! That's a pretty tight trail!

What trail did you guys run at Elbe?

Joe, how did they compare to what you ran at Evan's Creek this past weekend? I've only run Busy Wild at Elbe and a very short part of Sunrise.

Hey all, The pics look good!! I wish some one would have got a pic of me climbing the rocks in the bowl earlier in the day.

I think we should plan a joint trip to Evans Creek some time. That's one place I have never been but would love to go.

Later

BTW GIBBY we ran what is left of the trails at the far end of the area, then we started to run the Busy Wild but it was late in the day and we had a bone stock ranger with us that was taking extra time, it seemed he was trying to leave all his body panels at elbe :D
