"Sand Creek" - NE Arkansas

Just a little local spot, nothing major, mostly geared towards ATV's, but I found a few places to play around.

Pictures taken by BT93- I was almost the only vehicle out there, I didn't get too adventurous with no recovery help available.

These are the remains of a whole 3rd Gen Explorer in the creek bed. Reportedly, the whole vehicle is there, I'm tempted to dig it out and haul it out of there.

If anyone from NE Arkansas wants to go some Saturday or Sunday, I'll be glad to go. A stocker 4x4 can do most everything there.

Is that sand where that truck is buried, how stable is the ground there? It's interesting there, I could handle that mild stuff, but not the bushes.

I didn't get any appreciable damage from the one narrow trail. After I got started, I wished I hadn't went down it, and got out as soon as I could. There is plenty of creek bed to play in with no branches to scratch everything up.
