Oil Leak

I have an oil leak on the passenger side of my engine here is a pic of where it is coming from if anyone can tell me what i can do to stop it I will be very thankful cant take the smell of burning oil anymore.

I have a 2000 Ford Explorer Limited 4.0L SOHC

Right cam hydraulic tensioner gasket is leaking. Tighten the tensioner. If it's not loose replace the copper gasket - Ford part number W702549-S300. The tensioner part number is XU3Z-6K254-BA
