Where to find tan leather that matches the seats?

what you need is vinyl or bar stool vinyl, check your yellow pages for vinyl dealers...
you will need spray glue, a heat gun and a staple gun
Locally there are a few shops that sell vinyl for boat tops, boat seats, motorcycle seats, car tops, etc... in Denver B&D Rhynil would hook you up! I found almost the exact "mocha" color of my 98 seats, I bought like 10 yards and I still have 9.5 yards LOL after doing my custom door panels
