Indiana winters suck!

I washed the mountaineer today and I was not very happy. The rust is eating away slowly. The Joys of Christmas shopping.... ohh I mean "holiday shopping" left me with a nice dent, and the one lane road by my house that has two way traffic on it forced me to run my truck down a bunch of tree branches, i should have left the dirt on it.

I feel your pain! Mass gets a good pounding of snow at least two to three times a year and boy do they throw down some salt. Everything gets eaten away! For me not looking at the outside helps ease the pain. Nearly impossible to find a explorer without the usual rust and rot around here

look on the bright side, now you can head to Attica and you don't have to worry about scratching your truck up.

That damage looks like from atleast a year or so ago.. If so you should have atlest put some sort of primer or some protective coating cause exposed metal will just rust in these conditions.

god i feel for you guys NO SNOW IN THE SOUTH but i really do hate to see the rust from any northern car
