Hey, I recently saw these things on some H3Ts and it actually looked pretty interesting on them. I was just wondering if anyone had thought of doing this or had seen one on a Sport Trac?

Here's some random photos from the internet of various vehicles with Softoppers:

I also thought it might be interesting to figure out or photoshop what a Sport Trac with a modded, slant-back soft-top would look like.

Anyway - Comments? Opinions?
Thanks.

I remember looking at these years ago for my old ST, IIRC they were as much as a hard topper for the ones I looked at, this one isnt a bad price. Be nice to know how much the flap around at speed and how they,d hold up.

Not too bad - think you could use one in conjunction with a tonneau cover? It'd be nice to have the extra space, but I've heard too many horror stories of guys having their soft top Jeeps broken into, so I'd like the option of secure storage if I needed it.

BTW - shopped up a rough image of what I had in mind with regard to the "modded, slant-back soft-top" I spoke of earlier. I might get around to photoshopping a softopper on to my ST when I get back to FL (9 days! So excited!)

Can't decide which I prefer. Wouldn't be too hard to mod it into the lower picture.
