Year, Model & Trim Level
2013 Ex Limited 4WD 302A
After much agony, I finally found the Explorer of my dreams. Turns out that it was a good thing the original one I waited so long for was sold because I wound up with a much more loaded vehicle with the actual interior I wanted. I got a Metallic Tuxedo Black with Pecan/black interior Limited. 4WD, 302A package and upgraded wheels. I did wind up getting the vehicle from the same dealership that I had massive problems with and this time worked only with the owners executive assistant. I feel that we got a good price on the car as well as a good interest rate so I am satisfied.

I am so thrilled with the drive and functionality of this car with just a few small exceptions. Nothing, so far, to really complain about. I, too, noticed that the outside weather striping trim is somewhat wonky. I guess it is a good thing I live in AZ! I must say the Ex has the best A/C seats of any vehicle we tried and that is a lot.

All in all, I love my new EX. I hope it lasts! Thanks to those of you who were so supportive during my last thread. I appreciate your feedback and support.

Congratulations rellyrooly. Don't forget to be an official owner you have to post a photo or two. Also don't forget to update your profile with the model and year so it appears in the left column where your name is. I'm assuming it is a Limited. Hope you enjoy it.
Happy motoring.:)

LOL, yes Limited! Just edited. I will make those changes and add pics today!

That X is beast Relly, congrats. Mine is in the shop for the TSB 12.12.4 exhaust fumes entering vehicle from the rear ECS. I hope it gets fixed, I pick it up this afternoon. They loaned me a Fusion, I love the auto window up/down feature here in SoFla where the temperatures reach 96 degrees in the shade. Hold the unlock button for 2 secs and all the windows come down letting the heat out. I'm going to check the X when I pick it up to see if that feature is even available. I set the windshield wipers to "courtesy" which gives an extra wipe after the wash and saves a little effort. I'd like to have the memory seat your Limited has for the three drivers in our family. It saves time and frustration. Enjoy your ride.

Congratulations, rellyrooly! Your Explorer has my absolutely favorite interior option; I'd love to see some pictures! (Hint, hint!)
