So it seems I've been nominated as one of the three choices for TOTM "On the Trail" for this month. How about supporting a fellow ST'er or you could just vote for me since its my birthday today. That picture was taken about a half hour after the first river crossing which you can see it went upto the body molding on the doors, the second crossing was coming over the hood in places.

Was a pretty good day for the most part...

Half day at work. I got a call from my wife right before I left work telling me she was in an accident, totalled her '97 Mounty. A kid ran out between parked cars in the shopping center so she swerved to miss him and ran into a concrete post, she was ok as well as our 20 month old son but the truck looks to be a loss, frame is buckled in on both rails. Gotta wait to hear from the insurance adjuster to come check it out.

I've been looking for a replacement truck for it for awhile but the search has been swiftly moved up. I'm going to look at a 2013 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 double cab Baja TX Series, Barcelona Red. I have a run out to Altoona, Pa. and the dealer up in Hollidaysburg, Pa. has the exact truck I'm looking at getting.
