Cargo area cupholder question

From the auction photos, I saw the passenger side cargo area cupholder was missing. I bought a replacement off eBay, pictured below, but something seems missing. There's supposed to be a filler insert in that big gaping hole, right? Granted I don't have my Explorer yet so I don't know what the area it snaps into looks like, but I can't imagine there wouldn't be. Just want to make sure I have my facts straight before going after the seller.

Correct. There should be. It's the access for the rear shocks. Pm me if have an extra one you can have.
