Coolant leak coming from here...

Can anyone identify this part for me? And bonus points if you can tell me what’s missing/ why it’s leaking here! Please and thank you!! The part in the picture is on passenger side, near the firewall. It’s just below the small canister looking part. Two hoses come together on each end of the leaking part. It’s a drip leak. Another symptom which may or may not be related is that my front heat works great, but the rear heat only blows cold air
